Nicci brings a deep passion for the Australian beauty industry, having worked in beauty for over 20 years; she now extends her strong industry knowledge onto her valued members.
Nicci says: “From many years in the beauty industry, I knew first hand of the lack of awareness for many people of the variety of products in the market, and was constantly being asked for more information by my clients and insider tips. Bringing together a box of cosmetic and beauty product samples, strictly screening quality, and giving women what they wanted met with instant market acceptance.”

Mumpreneur, Nicci Herrera started the online beauty box service in July 2011, out of sheer frustration with the lack of information and education available to everyday consumers on premium beauty items. In April 2012 grew considerably when it took over operations of their competitor – Glossy Box.
In July 2012, Lust have it! launched it’s first quarterly LHI! Men’s box. And in September 2012, launched the LHI! Eco box aimed at a more environmentally conscious consumer.
Premised on discovery and experimentation, Lust have it! aims to increase consumer confidence through trial and education. Among the many quality brands that Lust Have It represent include: Lancome, Decleor, BioEffect, Dermalogica, MD Formulation, Giorgio Armani, Keratase and Laura Mercier to name just a few.
Lust have it prides itself on bringing members up-to-date information on all things beauty, which includes regular articles from their expert contributors.
About the founder – Nicci Herrara
Nicci, so desperate to enter the world of beauty, started working in a local salon in Sydney on Thursday nights and Saturday mornings in exchange for treatments.
She was hooked, and breezed through a Diploma of Beauty Therapy and worked up the ranks as a passionate student and advocate for the industry. Welcoming the 2000′s, the decade of “cosmeceutical” treatments, Nicci was thrilled as instant result facials were her favourite new service.
Through the years Nicci has owned and managed salons and day spas and knew her love of these treatments and commitment to customer satisfaction was recognised when offered a role as a business development manager for Intracueticals Oxygen Infusion (aka Madonna Facial).
Moving to Tasmania, she managed the state for Australia’s largest Hair and Beauty importer until starting a family, at which point she took up part-time salon work to keep up her experience while also travelling to the mainland as often as possible to attend industry expos.
She found herself being asked by clients and friends about the latest products and treatments and what she uses. When she realised they have never heard of many of them Lust Have It! was born.
