Q: What is Lust Have it! ?

A: Every month, you'll receive a box filled with 5 to 6 samples from professional and luxury brands. Each month will be a different mix of beauty product types, including makeup, skincare, fragrance, body, and hair products. All samples are generously sized, with enough products to allow you to figure out if they're right for you.

Q: Can I cancel any time?

A: Yes, with month to month membership but 30 days notice is required by email.
Yearly membership cannot be cancelled, but can be transferred to someone else.

Q: Do I have to reorder every month?

A: No, once you are a member your Lust Pack is sent automatically every month.

Q: Can I use PayPal for my Lust Pack subscription?

A: Yes! PayPal can be used to pay for annual subscriptions. Unfortunately at this stage we are not able to offer month-by-month subscriptions via PayPal.

Q: Is the payment automated?

A: Yes. Your credit card will be debited a few days before each shipment.

Q: How will I know if my monthly Lust Pack has been sent?

A: You will receive a tracking number and the date it was sent.

Q: Are there any restrictions on where items can be shipped within Australia, such as Tasmania?

A: Under normal circumstances nail polishes and fragrances are classed as dangerous goods and cannot be shipped by Australia Post in or out of Tasmania. Lust have it! utilise shipping facilities in Sydney and Hobart to ensure that no-one misses out!

Q: How much is shipping for my Lust Pack subscription?

A: Shipping is included already in all subscription Lust Pack purchases - there are no extra charges for delivery anywhere in Australia.

Q: Can I join Lust have it! throughout the month?

A: Sure! We accept new members all the time so they can still receive that month's pack, unless sold out. If they are sold out by the time you join you will automatically receive next month's instead, and will not be charged again as you have effectively pre-paid.

Q: Are Lust Packs shipped throughout the year?

A: We reserve the right to not ship in January if we feel that our offering will be compromised in any way with regards to contents or our ability to pack and ship. Members will not be charged and this will not count towards any annual membership time period.

Q: When will the packs be sent?

A: For existing subscribers it will be the first week of the month. For those who join throughout the month we aim to ship once a week.

Q: What are premium samples?

A: Lust have it! samples are premium sized; think travel size or "gift with purchase".

Q: Will I get sachets as samples?

A: On the odd occasion that we love a product so much, and it only available in small sachet we will compensate by having more than one.

Q: Where can I buy the full size product?

A: On the Lust have it! online store. We are also supported by our brand companies themselves so you can be directed to their site when you visit their brand page on our site.

Q: Can I choose my samples?

A: No, the Luxury Lust Pack is a surprise every month but we make every effort to bring new and innovative products each month.

Q: What if I am sensitive to make up and skin care?

A: Lust have it! tries to have samples that are user friendly for most skin types.

Q: Will I get my money back if I have a reaction?

A: No, but we will advise you not to continue with the membership.

Q: Where should my monthly Lust Pack be sent?

A: We use e-parcel which requires a signature and if you are not home will be left for collection at your local postal office.

Q: Can I have the monthly lust pack sent to my work?

A: Yes, but make the appropriate arrangements. If it is declined you will not receive another pack nor will you get your money back for that month.

Q: Can I send to a PO Box?

A: Yes, but it will require a signature to collect.

Q: When can I use my rewards points?

A: For every 100 points you earn, you get $10 off a full-size product order (sorry, you can't apply the discount until you've earned 100 points). You can check your points any time by logging in to your account. There are a lot of ways to earn points: You receive 1 point for each dollar spent on full-size products you buy from us as well as your subscription and you also receive 10 points for every product feedback survey you complete.
