Q: What is Lust have it!?

A: Lust have it! is Australia's leading beauty subscription service. With our Monthly Beauty Box, you'll receive a beautiful cosmetic bag filled with 5 to 6 samples for only $19.95 per month plus $2.95 for shipping and handling. Each month will be a different mix of beauty product types, including makeup, skincare, fragrance, body, and hair products.

We also offer two quarterly boxes subscriptions: the Fashion and Beauty box (FaB) and the Eco Box.

With the FaB box, you'll receive 5 to 6 fashion and beauty items for only $35 plus $2.95 for shipping and handling. Our FaB boxes are regularly $100 in value!

The Eco Box ensures all your natural & organic beauty must-haves every quarter for $29.95 plus $2.95 for shipping and handling.

Our quarterly boxes are themed to each season.

Q: Is Lust Have it! for me?

A: If you love discovering beautiful products each month delivered directly to your door then this service is for you!

IN THE SUBSCRIPTION

Q: Can I choose my samples based on hair type, skin type etc?

A: No, the Lust have it! box is a surprise every month. We want our members to discover products that they wouldn't necessarily buy themselves.

Q: Can I choose my samples based on products category e.g. makeup, hair care, skin care?

A: No, the Lust have it! box is a surprise every month but we make every effort to bring new and innovative products to the box. Unfortunately, packing several thousand different boxes to suit all the variations of people's hair, skin, style, age isn't possible. We try to find things that will appeal and suit most people. And if only 2 or 3 of the 5 or 6 suit, then we hope you still find it great value and lots of fun to discover new little treasures each month.

Q: Can I choose my samples?

A: No, the Lust have it! box is a surprise every month but we make every effort to bring new and innovative products each month.

Q: What are premium samples?

A: Lust have it! samples are premium sized; think travel size or "gift with purchase".

Q: What if I get a full sized product in the box, do I pay extra for this?

A: No. Lust have it! aims to bring your a beautiful selection of sampling products for $19.95 a month. Even if we love a particular brand and are lucky enough to get our hands on the full-size product, you will never pay more than $19.95 a month for the a Lust have it! box so there's always value in what you receive.

PAYMENT

Q: Can I use PayPal for my Lust have it! box subscription?

A: Yes. PayPal can be used to pay for your subscription.

Q: Do I have to reorder every month?

A: No, once you are a member your credit card / PayPal account is debited and your Lust have it! box is sent automatically every month.

Q: How can I update my personal / payment information?

A: You can update your payment and personal information by logging into your account online and editing your "Active" membership.

Q: Is the payment automated?

A: Yes. Your credit card / PayPal account will be debited at the beginning of each month.

Q: What if my payment fails to process?

A: We will send you an email notifying you of the declined payment. It is up to you to keep your credit card or PayPal details up to date by logging into your account online and clicking: Update Payment Info. We take payment for any that declined so that you wont miss out on that month's box final shipment.

Q: Where can I buy the full size product?

A: Most products will be available through the Lust have it! online store. We are also supported by our brand companies themselves so you can be directed to their site when you visit their brand page on our site.

SHIPPING

Q: How will I know if my monthly Lust have it! box has been sent?

A: We keep you updated via our Facebook page as well as send you an email which will advise you once it has left the warehouse.

Q: Can I send to a PO Box?

A: Yes, you should receive a card from your post office advising you have a parcel to collect.

Q: How long does shipping take?

A: As we ship using Standard Australia Post, please allow up to 14 days for your Lust have it! box to arrive. Occasionally it takes longer for boxes to be delivered to regional and rural areas.  If your box has taken greater than 14 days since you received the email please fill out our Missing Box Form.

Q: How much is shipping for my Lust have it! box subscription?

A: Lust have it! charges a $2.95 delivery fee. 

Q: How much is shipping for orders from the Lust Have It! shop of full sized product?

A: We charge a flat rate of $9.95 per order for orders placed from our store. Delivery is charged at $2.95 for ongoing subscriptions.

Q: When will the Lust have it! boxes be sent?

A: We generally start to ship our boxes in the middle of the month. This means that you should expect to receive your box towards the end of that month.

Q: Where should my monthly Lust have it! box be sent?

A: We use Australia Post shipping and if you ship to your home address, your box may be left at your front door, otherwise your postie may leave a card advising it is awaiting collection at your local post office.

Q: What should I do if my box doesn't arrive?

A: We use Australia Standard Post so please allow up to 14 days for it to arrive. If after this time it still hasn't turned up, please check with your local Post Office. Sometimes the postie fails to leave a card, or it gets misplaced and your parcel is waiting to be collected. If your box isn't at the Post Office please fill in our Missing Box Form.

Q: I forgot about my monthly box and have only just realised it didn't arrive! Its been over a month since it was shipped. What happens now?

A: You will be notified as soon as your box has been shipped. It is then up to you to make sure you are available to claim your parcel from the postie. If you don't receive your box after the 14 day delivery time, and have checked in at the local Post Office, make sure you contact us at support@lusthaveit.com within 2 weeks (between the 1st and 14th day of the following month). After this time, we cannot issue any further advice regarding your missing box.

Q: Do you reship any boxes that are returned to your warehouse?

A: It is up to you to ensure that your shipping details are correct as well making sure someone is available to receive your parcel from the postie. If we receive a Return to Sender package for you we will reship your box, upon confirming your shipping details, for a small postage and packaging fee of $9.95. If you do not respond to our email within 5 business days then your box will be placed back into stock.

Q: One of the products has leaked inside the box and has covered everything in a sticky mess. What should I do? 

A: We understand that this sometimes happens because the postie isn’t always gentle with parcels! Please send clear photographs of the box EXACTLY as it was when you first opened it to support@lusthaveit.com within the first days of receiving it. This is important in helping us to help you.

If the majority of the other products in the box can be wiped-down and are still usable - we will offer you some assistance or compensation for the inconvenience. Otherwise we'll work together to find the solution that works best for you.

CANCELLATION

Q. How can I cancel?

A.  You may cancel your monthly subscription at any time by logging into your account first. On your My Dashboard, click the My Subscription link in the left navigation sidebar. Find the subscription you want to cancel and then click the Unsubscribe link below the subscription.

Your cancellation request must be received before the last day of the prior month for the cancellation to take effect. If your cancellation is requested at the beginning of the month, then that month will be your final month and cancellation will be applied after you receive your current month's box.

Annual memberships may only be cancelled at the termination of the membership. We do not allow the cancellation of an annual membership during the term of the membership but it is fully transferable by changing the shipping details to the new recipients address.

We are also able to put your membership on hold if you are going on holidays or you would just like a break (just remember to email us when you would like your membership to become active again).

NB Lust have it reserves the right to cancel memberships at any time.
