Shipping information

Lust have it! currently only ship to Australian addresses. To discuss shipping outside of Australia please contact us. Lust have it! is not responsible for customs charges and restrictions that vary from country to country and result from the importation or certain products. The purchaser remains responsible for all charges and fees incurred.

How much will shipping cost?

All our parcels are sent with Australia Post and your shipping notification email will include a tracking code.

What if my order hasn't arrived in the estimated time?

If you're waiting to receive your parcel and you think it should have arrived by now:

• Estimated delivery times commence from the date the order is shipped, not the day it was ordered
• Check at your local post office or mail centre to see if they are holding it there for you in case the notification card was lost or forgotten
• Confirm that the parcel was shipping to the correct destination by looking it up via the tracking code
• Done all the above, and still no parcel? Contact us with your order number and we'll look into it for you.

Note: Shipping is included already in all subscription Lust Pack purchases - there are no extra charges for delivery anywhere in Australia.
